As of 5/01/2005, Version 4.1 of the program is ready. The major thrust of the revision was to improve functionality, add more user features and do clean up a couple of bugs.

Here are some of the items we've changed and/or added:

1. We increased the options for font size on song book headers.

2. When you look at the list of update files that have been applied, the most current is now at the beginning of the listing.

3. A new feature (Artist Inventory) has been added that let's you compare what tracks you have for an artist against what is available to show you what you're missing.

4. A significant change was made that tracks when you add a disc to your New Songs. By doing this, you can now move your new songs to the Main file so that they're all in one place. When you print your books, you can now ask to have only the disc's added after a particular date in the report.

5. Now you can view the Manufacturers Listing, find the code/series you're interested in, double click on the line and suddenly, you're viewing that series of disc's in the Master File.

6. A button has been added to the "Disc Inventory" feature that will now open an exported version of the file in a spreadsheet format that you can work with and save.

7. We cleaned up a few bugs that, while they didn't jeopardize information/data, could affect the speed with which certain files processed.
